FOUND my coolant problem.

One other thing to look at is your condencer in front of the radiator, it may be partialy plugged not letting air flow as much as it needs. when its cooler it runs fine but as it gets hotter and you use more options it heats up or even overheats. just get a presure washer and clean out the crap...

93 ATX ?????

I have checked for codes again and I am still not getting any codes just 111 for KOEO & KOER my break lights work, and cruise kicks off when I hit the breaks. I have cleaned and checked my BOO. Again this thing acts fine when I kick the O/D off?? HELP

just completed 60k...scared to death

Use a hollow pipe and place it against the egine case's and listen it will act like a doctors stetha scope, just be careful for moving parts.

What is BOO and how do you check it for codes. I am not getting any codes from KOEO or KOER. And I know the other fix 2K and all better.......

ATX Plus CODES!!!! HELP???

OK I found that 212 and 214 are my CID which means pulling the side of the motor appart.... 225 konck sensor and I have been hearing kocking a liitle, so pull the top of the motor off and replace it. 452 VSS drop the cats and have lots of fun... Sooo While i have my motor appart and being it...

ATX Plus CODES!!!! HELP???

I have had issues with my shifter being locked after IU press my breaks, I pulled my plugged and cleaned the connectors and it has been fine for about a month now, at least when I hit the breaks it will let me push the botton in and shift into gear...

I caled and here is the price breakdown! $ 2200 trany and Torqu Converter $ 400 to $500 shipping $ 1000 core charge and you have 30 or 60 days to get it to him $ 160 for red line fluid $ ??? instalation??? Have you talked to performance Plus they are in Maddison? Dave

I dont know what to tell you about his tranys but I do know FORD may not honor the 12/12 warranty on it, or at least it will be more difficult to get it honored. Question you have to ask is do you want to spend 1000 to 1500 dollars more for a trany? I can get a factory trany from ford with a...

Help needed: ATX shifter lockup

Been there IT SUCKS!!! On the break peddle there is a connector that is for the break lights and to desengage the lock or the ATX shifter. I pulled mine off cleaned connections and was able to push the break peddle in and shift!!!! Querky little buggers these SHO's!!!!

HELP!!! Has anyone replaced their ATX ?

OK SERIOUSLY!! How hard is it to pull out the trany on one of these beast's? I am not a rookie to working on cars I have done a tone work with rear wheel drive cars, but not much with front wheel drive beast's... I have talked to guys at www.fordspecialists.com and I am sure my trany is shot and...

Why did my new fuel pump break after running dry on gas?

Short and not so sweet! Your fuel pump is in the tank and your gas helps cool it, you run it dry or drive regularly with less then a 1/4 tank of gas it will run hot and burn out. Sucks but it is true Dave 93 ATX
