    jeff i had the same problem with mine. sometimes the rings on the spark plugs fall off or don't seal well. so i would check that first and always use motorcraft spark plugs.

    Engine runs great with these few minor issues that are new after swap. Installed new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and ground flywheel.
