Thanks for the link to the diagrams, they came in handy. Turns out it was an internal problem with the relay, got lucky and found a "D" CCRM at a junk yard, plugged it in and sure enough, power to the fuel pump. Can't believe I had 2 bad CCRMs in a row. Guess they are selling crappy refurbs...
yeah, right CCRM. CCRM still was under warranty so took it in and replaced it with a new one hoping it was the problem, but no luck, same result. All other pins are getting correct power readings, just not getting any power at pin 5.

Just curious, what problems may arise from using a 190/lph fuel pump without changing the fpr, or regulating the flow in some manner? I had a 190 on hand and used it about 3 weeks ago to replace my failing stock pump. I plan on replacing it in the spring with the proper one. So far I have not...
