That hood is kind of interesting. Went to the Duraflex site and it shows as being available in both fiberglass or carbon fiber for a bit more. It doesn't say in the description, but the pictures at Duraflex seem to clearly show the vent as functional.

With your H&R lowering springs?
Yep. It was nice at stock ride height. It saw more terminal velocity runs in Mexico with my stock front springs and cut stock rear springs. I honestly haven't really gone over 125 with the current set up.

First and foremost, the screenshot you've displayed, depicts the front end of any/all 2013+'s. So @ the OP, why would you think it wouldn't fit, and/or work for you?

See/refer to the front end from my 2010 shown below for comparison.

2nd, I can provide location(s) and/or measurements of my vents, if desired.

Well, unless you steal it directly off of/from my own SHO (which could prove not only detrimental, but fatal, haha) that's the only one like it out there.

However, there is a 2nd one that is similar in nature. Albeit different grille set up. Refer to the pics attached.

The owner of that one, was kind enough to fabricate the splitter for me. For which I count my blessings ten fold.

Trying to process that. I've seen 135 on the track in my 2015 Mustang and that was pretty scary, especially going into the hairpin at Summit Point. Taking the SHO over that, with a full ton more than the GT, is just ... okay, yes, I would like to try it. I might need to take the SHO out to the next HPDE. Anyone else done so?
No gutting at all -- in full stock trim (minus spare tire and floor mats since they make us take everything that could become a missile hazard in an uncontrolled situation) and nearly full tank of gas. It could have gone faster if I went through turn 10 faster and jumped harder on the gas, but my comfort level wasn't that high yet. It is a road course, not a straight-line drag strip. And yes, I am curious about taking it to a drag strip now that PP2 gives it "no-lift" programming.

Awesome considering our "land yacht" weighs in at 5600 lbs in stock trim!
Who told you that? 5600? Maybe a Flex does. No SHO weighs that much. Only trunk stuff emptied my SHO weighed 4500 with me in it. I weigh 205. I'm strong but pretty sure the spare tire/tools didn't weigh about 1,300 pounds when I took them out. Skyshadow07 weighed that stuff it was around 40 pounds I think IIRC.

Thanks for the nudge, 802SHO! You're right. I misread my door plate -- 5600 is the gross weight. 4328 is the empty weight of mine. With the spare, carpets, and all else out, the Mustang was easily more than 700 lbs lighter and quite a bit more hp.
