Hey all!

Just picked up a new to me 2012 SHO in White Platinum over black/umber. Traded in a Mustang. I've always liked SHO's even from the first generation cars and LOVE the performance and versatility of this gen. I also own a Flex for family duty so many parts of this feel familiar - except with the Ecoboost the SHO is a rocket compared to my non-boosted Flex.

Looking forward to some light modding and car talk on the forum!

off topic but how do you like the flex ?

That vehicle is really hard to beat! We had an '08 Edge that was perfect for us. (Two kids) my wife is partially into cars... She liked the flex but was thinking a 2013 ish edge sport. I found that one in Omaha and after the test drive it came home.

The Flex handles shockingly well, stays flat and feels planted, the power is just like my SHO stock. ( needs a tune) and seats six with limo leg room in the center captain chairs with a cooler/freezer in the rear console... LOVE IT!

Thanks all! So far the computer tells me I'm getting an outstanding 16 MPG. Guess that means I'm using it right lol

I'll echo the comments above about the Flex too. Although mine is not an Ecoboost, I was extremely impressed on my test drive with the overall feel and handling. I'll never take it autocrossing but it gives excellent feel on the road. Only complaint is the gas mileage.

I'm currently getting 18.5 mpg, with most of my driving being around town and sometimes getting on it.

I have a 15PP that has our tune, CAI, tstat and 3BAR which still gets 21.7MPG!

Sweet. You guys are on my list when I'm ready to mod. I grew up in metro Detroit so very familiar with your company.

Been spending today giving it a clay/polish/wax treatment to really make the pearl paint pop. Gave my kids a ride in it yesterday. All I heard was WHOA! when I got on it. Can't wait to see what happens with a tune.

What kind of power does it make at the wheel?
If I may ask.
I just retired from Chrysler, if you guys were in MO I'd work at Livernois for free. What a place to work!

That setup will make ~385awhp/395awtq!

If you add the DP and catback you can make that an EASY 400/420!

Jaimie, drives like a gram ma. HAHA. Been getting low 20's mileage here too. Yeah LME shop is awesome. Whole lot of eye candy in there for sure.

Hey, I gotta keep my record clean so I can drive all the cool toys here!

Eye candy....... Including Jaimie himself.
Bow chicka wow wow :boink:
