Ha! Rich you're developing into quite the *** stirrer.... lol.

Although I'll readily acknowledge that I'm not a participant in every known EB community out there, or other Social Media (most notably Facebook) I do believe there are only two SHO's known to have broken into the 11 barrier. Both are LMS tuned and/or built.

The 1st one, was in fact a 2010, and previously owned by FirstSHO (Mike). I believe he captured an 11.98 IIRC. He has since sold his SHO.
The 2nd one, was a 2013 owned by BoostdSHO (also a Mike) and IIRC captured an 11.67. I think was in the process of selling it, or parts of it at least.

Now hopefully mine can join that elusive 11 second club soon enough, barring any other unforeseen "freaks" as Jaime so eloquently states it.

Actually, I did inquire about the BOV not being able to "handle the pressure" and was flatly told "No". When I inquired if I should be looking into aftermarket offerings, or what have you, I was also told "No". When I asked what possibly caused this issue with the BOV, I too was told it was just a fluke or an oddity.

Well leave it to me to be the odd ball. I've certainly had my share of "oddities" over the years, but all's good in the long run.

As I told Dan, I think the failure of the BOV was God's way of telling me "Hey dummy, I've told you before, Dan deserves to pilot your SHO into the record books, not you". So between all the weather related snafu's over the last 12mo.'s and now this most current issue with the BOV (again possibly first documented incident of one having failed) I think it truly was divine intervention that my baby's now resting comfortably at LMS/LME's facility and getting some personal attention.

Last I checked, besides the datalogs being combed over, staff was also keeping an eye on the weather, hoping for a break in the high heat and humidity, in relation to when they could get the car back over to Milan.

Hopefully soon enough Rich you'll no longer have to feel obligated to coax me out of the wood work, or have to stir the ***. Hopefully.

My immediate short term goal, is to hope the staff can get me up and running and more importantly, all dialed in for the upcoming 2015 Fall CAD Event.

I submitted time off requests from work, as I was scheduled to work both Wednesday and Thursday nights. So 24hrs of comp time burned up (as it was approved).

Fingers crossed. :finger: Ooops. Wrong emoji. Ah what the ****. Still funny.

Well, it is getting close to our annual day in the rain at Milan...lol

But, I'll always be here with my umbrella...routing for ya buddy!!!

I to run low on my Mike awareness fill and appreciate the info, albeit the novel form it comes in makes me think you're doing it for one soul purpose...to impress Kirk! I saw you look deep into his eyes when the kiss was planted...lol

Can't wait to see ya again man, take it easy.

Check their post about the event I guess. Or check their site? All else fails I suppose you can ask them to link you to it.

But the title "CAD" stands for "Customer Appreciation Day".….. So there's not really a need to explain further. As many people call you a retard, I don't think even you are that slow to figure that one out.

LOL.

Bpd1151, way harsh on Zach. Definitely not called for. And this is definitely not your finest hour.

LOL."

I would be interested in seeing that list of people that currently call Zach a retard.

I'd bet if you contacted them and said you'd like to race the fastest SHO ecoboost as an old vs new type deal that they could work that into the event...would be pretty cool. Most guys I've met at the track love those kinda matchups

Couldn't agree more bpd1151. The event is for LMS customers only period! Enough said.

This is actually not a CAD event. This is an open "ecoboost" challenge I'm pretty sure...?

I'm sure Zach knows BPD is just messing with him...after a full week of watching them mess with each other at the Convention , I laughed when I read it.
