It's true. After 5 years I finally sorted out the wiring and the beast fired right up. I will post some new pictures this week. I have custom headers and a new exhaust. The body is on. It has a way to go but it drives now. I have to get it registered, but since it is a 37 body I am smog exempt. (I just finished a 32 Ford and went through the California smog stuff) I have catalytic converters and O2 sensors on it because at the time I did the exhaust, I thought I would need the smog. I am glad because I did not want to mess with the EGR and charcoal canister. I got an EGR eliminator from RJM and 75 ohm 3 watt resistors fake out the computer on the solinoid vale for the canister and egr valve.
I am excited about getting this on the road. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice and encouragement.
