Tie rods in 20,000 miles?

Is this normal on a stiff / lowered car? Just found both to be a little loose.... I wonder if its this damn road I live on.... Just curious of others have short lived tie rods?

It's probably due to the fact that, in india, they make those out of melted down Daihatsu fork lifts.

What brand did you get? I found that AZ suspension parts will last maybe 2 weeks on my Explorer. Even Moog lately hasn't been that great, I have had really good luck with NAPA premium parts.

I only got about 800 miles out of my inners. Lowered car plus *** holes I would suspect.

lol Diahatsu's... I actually can believe that... it does feel like some pretty cheap *** metal. But yea, there're not $50... maybe I should go to Napa, and get the expensive set they have. I think the last time I did them, they came from Advanced... considering they are right down the road and close...

But yea, I live on a concrete street, full of expansion joints and shit like that... plus I drive around for work alot... so I can't avoid some of these bad roads.. I slow down when I can to go over RR tracks too... pretty **** about it..
