Wait, is it 4wd, because that makes the huge front tires TOTALLY necessary. I think it just kind of scared me at first.:omg:

And what do you mean "FIA" Approved? Having FIA approved racing seats does not make a car magically "FIA" Approved.

I think you meant seat, as in singular. Apparently it's only FIA approved for the driver, since the passenger seat still appears to be stock (gotta save money for ricer wings, yo!).

He must have one of those new invisible FIA approved rollcages too, since there's no sign of a cage in the car. Let's just hope the harness is bolted to a harness bar, which is still crap, but better than the spine crushing floor mounts.

On the topic of the ratrod truck, I think the front wheels look too big. Tires sticking out of the body = too wide. Either go with skinnier tires or widen the body out. Cool truck regardless.

That was the whole point, not follow the trends that come with rest of the herds of people making a Rat Rod that copy each other. That is called originality, everywhere that truck goes people flock to it because the of the wheels and that it's different from all the others.
The guy that writes Rat Rod Magazines practically shat his pants when he saw it immediately asking when he could do a photo shoot..

Originality does not mean we have to like it, just sayin. A rat rod with 13" wire wheels and 205/30's would be original, but that does not mean I would like it. Speaking of being 'original', and in no way knocking your bro, because I think the truck is cool, but if he made this truck 2 decades ago, that I would call original, but since there are 'herds' of people making them nowadays, how is he not simply following a trend?

If he could find a way to make the new sheet metal on the rear flares look aged, that would be cool.

Meh, agree to disagree. People would flock to the truck regardless of the front tire width. To me, tires covered by fenders isn't a "trend", it's one of the basics of design.

So I've read all of this, and it inspired me to do a few things:

-Brush up on English, 'cuz I think I've unlearnt me some things.

-Pay close attention to my children, who are now 12 and 13. Anti-******* measures are planned, and will be carried out if necessary.

-I hellaflushed an SHO. Took the model we got at the '09 convention, put it on the floor, and dropped heavy objects on it until I attained the proper negative camber, non-******* wheel gap, and frame layin stance I was looking for. Seems way cheaper than buying all kinds of shit, just for a stance. The prototype worked. I'm heading up to Kirk's to repeatedly drop his StuperDuty on the blue car. Yes, I'll fully document it. You're welcome.
