Here is a video of Anike7's SHO on the Dyno this morning. His car has an Airaid CAI and our custom tune. The car has the stage 2 tune during these pulls.

Can't see the final numbers Rick, what are the SHO's pulling stock? What did this one pull with S3? I need to get some exhaust for mine but man $1300 is just rough...

326.27/330(peak torque is messed up, and it looks like around 330ish)
435/440 at crank(25% loss)

That's nice!

FastAndFurious is correct, getting rid of the spike, it makes around 326/330. This is what we typically see from a non-performance axle car with these mods.

The stage 3 tune makes around the same power, it just has no torque management. The stage 4 will make more power, as evidenced by Darrell's 12.78 @ 110 mph pass, but we did not pull it with the stage 4 tune.

With the 3.16 axle, what changes would you see in the numbers?

I spoke to Dan, our tuner and I misspoke. I apologize. Most of the difference is because there was very little correction because of the weather in the dyno cell. His uncorrected nubers are close to Darrell's. I wouldn't get too hung up on the numbers though. The AWD dyno is a tuning tool that has very helpful for us perfecting the tunes for these vehicles and the ones we've got track feedback from all run nearly the same numbers.

Thank you,

Rick

I just want to say that Rick and Dan and all the guys at LMS were great. They are all very helpful and do a great job.

I had two other tunes from two different tuners on my car which were good, but even this stage 2 tune for the day and a half that I have driven the car all I can say is WOW! I went for the tune because of all the talk on this forum and also because Dan's SHO is his daily driven car and I know he has done a lot of R&D to get the LMS tunes just right. I honestly am blown away at how good this stage 2 tune is. I also got the stage 3 and stage 4 and will be testing those in the future.

All I can say is that I am totally pleased with the service and work from LMS and plan on returning for exhaust and springs.

Listen to that inner voice of yours..... it started out as murmur, then a whisper, almost inaudible.......

Meanwhile, as more and more people are hopping on board the Livernois Tuned Train...... that voice has grown louder, you can now hear it clearly.....

It's saying "buy it, buy it, buy it"...... don't wait until that voice is screaming at you my friend!

:omgsho:

So you're saying the voices in my head will stop if I get this tune??? :nut:

bpd1151-Thanks for the welcome. I am still amazed at how good this tune is, and I keep telling myself exactly what you said that this tune is how it should be from the factory. The car rides smooth, no rough idle, and the power is just amazing. It's like getting a new car all over again, and I'm still running the stage 2 tune. I can't imagine what the stage 4 is going to be like.

I will say with the LMS tune, the car actually runs better than stock and I have no worries that it will harm the car at all.

Zeus268-The inner voices won't stop, they will just start saying holy shyte and faster faster.

So what are the warranty implications of using one of these tunes? Does it automatically void the warranty, or can it be backed out without leaving a trace?

IF you blow the motor by using an aftermarket tune, Ford will certainly not honor the warantee. There will be footprints they can trace. IF you by another ecu for the tune, blow your motor, and put back the orignal ecu, there will be no codes, causing another question mark, as a blown motor will leave a code.

We ran 12.98 last night with the stage 2 tune in our non-performance axle SHO.

-Rick

Wow, I still can't believe how good this stage 2 tune is. I'm still amazed at the power and usually I'm ready to go on to the next tune, but it is really a great tune.

Thanks again Rick and Dan

I got a lil gift in my email today...... oh boy :woo-hoo:

Thank you Rick (& Dan) :hail:

Sig updated accordingly :naughty: :thumb: :hdance: :hyper: :3gears:

Since we can't see your updated sig I'm assuming the email contained something with a number 4 in it??? :dribble:

I NEED this tune and after Christmas I'm getting it! And not just to quiet the voices in my head either...... ;)

Oops, I didn't see your signature on your last post. Congratulations!! I know that with your great history of posting that we will be hearing about your experiences with the Stage 4 very soon! Can't wait! :dribble:
