So a couple of weeks ago I went in for my first oil change and decided to get my missing side emblem ordered. At first they tried to charge me $98 CDN (expensive huh?) for it but after a little arguing it was apparent that this was a factory defect that Ford should take care of.
The part arrived yesterday and I went over to the dealer to put in on. It seemed like an easy install but why should I have to put in on if it was Ford's mistake? They installed it for me in 5 minutes and now my SHO looks like it should. I kept the old C-Pillar piece if anyone needs one for a non-SHO...... :salute:

Zeus- yes, it was fixed with no problems but whoever puts these things on at the plant must be a little flakey.

For us "older folk", it was not to long ago the you could have had a Dodge Aspen and a Plymouth Volare' all in one car. :nut::rofl:

yeah, I also remember i once saw a Pontiac Bonneville on the driver's side and a Parisenne (or whatever they sold in Canada at the time) on the passenger's side.
