So I've decided to sell my SHO (open to trades for a 5.0L foxbody mustang) because I want to own my dream 5.0L mustang. Hopefully I'll be able to provide some more/better pictures once the weather clears up. I was hoping to pull it out of the garage and wash it this weekend so i could take pictures but we'll see with the weather. Will take pictures of extra parts as well.

Build Date: October 25th 1994
Mileage: 89,122 Km's
Colour: Moonlight blue
Interior: Mocha full leather
Options: JBL sound system (10 disc CD changer in trunk but i believe it's a dealer install), moonroof, cargo net, luxury convenience group, visibility light group (This is off the build sheet sent from Ford. Cargo net is still in trunk)

Known Issues:
-Needs new O2 sensors (povided with purchase of car)
-Both CV boots torn. Not sure how long they've been torn and the cv joints werent clicking or anything. I noticed after seeing some grease on the inside of the wheel wells. My work (Ford dealer) suggested just replacing the boots.
-Transmission needs new gaskets and side cover (parts will be provided)
-Brake lines look pretty rusty, I was planning on replacing them with the cobra upgrade.
-Not sure if driver door was repainted or clear coat is peeling around the keyless entry keypad (Will provide pictures)

Vehicle History:
-I'm the 3rd owner. The vehicle was originally purchased from Thorncrest Ford in Toronto.
-In 1998 the vehicle was involved in an accident. It was on the QEW and I was told it was all cosmetic repairs. One of the headlights looks newer. I believe the passenger side fender was repainted, so was the hood. The bumper doesnt appear to have been repainted although my uncle (auto body guy) said most likely the bumper was repalced with a new one.

Work done by previous owner (2005-2009 I have copies of all the service records and can provide it although I will have to remove personal info):

-Fuel Pump
-Spark Plugs
-Trans cooler line replacement
-New moonroof seal
-Cruise Control Switch Recall
-Starter
-New Antenna Mast
-Cam Sensor

Work done by me:

-New Ford OEM Alternator
-New thermostat (180° from SHOsource)
-New struts/springs/endlinks (Selex struts and Intrax springs)
-Subframe connectors
-New stainless steel mufflers and tips
-K&N Panel filter and removed intake silencer
-Changed oil in March. Used Amsoil 5w-30 synthetic with an FL-400S filter
-Painted wiper arms

Parts that come with the car:

-Spare alternator (was overcharging, I believe it may be a Bosch reman unit)
-Strut Rod Bushings (From SHOsource)
-Brand new in box rear pads/rotors
-Front ceramic brake pads
-Transmission Side Cover
-Trans side cover/oil pan gaskets and trans filter. Gaskets are rubber.
-Intake silencer (was removed)
-Original slicer wheels (Sale does not come with the SVT cobra's)
-Comes with 2 ignition keys, 2 trunk keys and 2 remotes(one needs batteries)
-Build sheet obtained from Ford of Canada

Also I have other parts that will be sold separately from the SHO. First dibs goes to whoever buys the vehicle and I will only sell the parts after the vehicle is sold and delivered.

Other parts for sale:

-BBB's made by Marcel (comes with brand new Felpro intake gasket set)
-80mm maf
-SVT Cobra rims/tires. Rims were refinished by Wheel Wizards. Tires were purchased from Kris
-Russell Stainless Steel brake lines
-New Old Stock front right door window channel run
-New old stock AGSP32PP motorcraft spark plug set of 6

Will update/edit listing with pictures and any other information i come up with.

Price: $7,500 Cdn or best offer. Will consider 5.0L/cash trade if local. SHO is currently in my garage under the car cover. It's plated and roadworthy but isnt my daily driver. I'm trying to keep mileage as low as possible.

PM/e-mail with questions or offers.
e-mail: [email protected]

PM me with requests for specific pictures you would like me to take.

Respectfully,

J. Ribau

Nice car.
A lot of money.
It is nice to look at a dash and not have a red light displayed, or a yellow light blinking at you.

It's a huge price for an SHO but at the same time it's only got 89K km's. Not to mention the body looks pretty good.

I knew the notoriously cheap SHO community would be shocked at the price. But hey, it's time value in our cars went up, dont you think so?

I also added those magical words....or best offer.... lol. I could always work something out with a potential buyer.

Wont consider selling any of the extra parts until the car is sold. Wouldnt want to sell my cobra's and then no buyer steps up and i keep the car lol

Good luck on the sale.
It is nice to see a Canadian car that does not have the entire engine compartment fouled up by grimy rust proofing smeared all over.

Absolutely beautiful car. Best color combo. Not financially able to purchase right now (read: wife).
Good luck with the sale. It will make it's new owner very proud.

Bill

Bring it to the convention. Who knows??

I'm still debating whether or not to go to the convention. Would be cool to see all the cool SHO's that I've drooled over from the forums.

*Updated the listing. Bought some new front ceramic brake pads (KRIC brand, Canadian company and I've heard good things about their products http://www.kangrich.com/index.html) that I'll throw on. Will also try to machine the front rotors at work.

Ya, thats what Kris said. It would be a good place to let people actually see the car. Who wants to buy a car without being able to touch/smell/taste it?
