On my last job today I was placing a large suitcase on the front stoop of my client's home. And my back just gave out. Something buckled in my lower back and it can't even support my upper body right now.

I can't even walk right now and I don't know if I can make it tomorrow. I was going to rent a truck to bring down a hood and fender and mufflers but I can't lift a thing.

And I never have had any back problems so this is freaking me out a bit...

Shit man, I'm sorry to hear that.

If you have one, a heating pad and an anti-inflammatory might be a good start (Ibuprofen). Could just be a pulled muscle; I've been there before.
