I am sending the shell of my silver to the recycler this week, so if there are any parts left on the car that you want let me know. Good drivers side doors, good side and rear windows, good trunk with dynamat, good rear bumper, good hood, spare tire and jack, and lots of miscellanea. Either free or next to free :)

Eric, I will drop the tank to get the sending unit for you.

Troy, did you want to take the shell away for me? I know the last one was a hassle and probably not worth the gas, I can find other means if you don't want to do it.

Thanks

Kyle

Are you keeping the engine and tranny? Trannies are getting rarer, and if you're pulling the engine and drivetrain I can use the subframe and suspension (and maybe the rear SFBs)...man, all of a sudden I need crap off your car!

And none of this is much of a priority, so if it goes away it's no problem. Can't hardly pull the subframe if you're sending the motor off with it.

kyle, if you need a hand, either with finishing gutting the car or getting it hauled (if you can find a trailer, i got a truck) i'd be more than glad to help you. same thing with engine/trans. storage till you get em sold. i'm free during the days and evenings all week till sunday, and i'll snag whatever is left parts wise that hasn't sold or isn't shippable that no one else in the club wants.

just shoot me a PM or text or call man. check and see if tom wants the window motors,

a knuckle from any similar taurus of the same generation should work can't imagine you're too far away from at least one junk yard with at least one taurus in it. take pics of the damage so i can see exactly what you are talking about.

i know the rear end suspension what nots on my wife's 94 SLO look a lot like the stock gear on my 91.

Um, yeah, I'll take it. 'Specially if it has a good passenger front door? I've got Fri-Sun off, but I'm not sure what my HoneyDo list is going to be like yet.

Troy, what color front passenger door do you need? I have several if Kyle's wont do.

rear knuckle???? i need asap

This is a call to the AZ SHO club for misc odds and ends before it heads to the junkyard. To see part classified ad click http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?t=105660

I am keeping the rear knuckles for a wind turbine project, but you would be better off at a local scrap yard as heavy as they would be to ship.

Selling the engine and tranny, tranny is pending sale at $300 and the engine wont sell at $100 with all accessories :nut: I was going to send the subframe to the recycler, so consider it yours. I was going to clean up the suspension components and sell them in my ad, but you get first dibbs. Not sure what you mean by rear SFB, the gen III subframe bushings I have?

Thanks for the help Donovan, I'll give you a call toward the end of the week.

Passenger door is smasho, probably want one of Tom's. Still have the same number? I'll give you a call toward the end of the week.

Your SHO parts collection is complete? I'm sure you could add another window motor or two...

The only suspension pieces I need are the strut rods and control arms that are attached to the subfame.

You have GenIII Subframe bushings!?! 1st dibs, I'll give you money for those, all of 'em.

Holler at me after this weekend and I may be able to get some time to help wrench on it if you need...just way too swamped lately.

gotta love the mouth breathers that thing everyone else's stuff belongs to them and is free for the taking huh?

Kyle, i got sent out last minute to denver last night (sitting at DIA right now, smoking inside with cup of the strongest coffee i've ever had... GLORIOUS!)and i'm headed to Manhattan again for two nights, i wont be in till friday night, so unless you're like me and jessemachone and do your wrenching long into the night i cant do much in the way of help till saturday.

but i'm free saturday and sunday if you need help hauling.

its hard to fathom but slightly believable that you haven't been able to move the engine for even $100 bucks. like I said, i have a dry, covered space available to store it if you need it. probably enough room for the engine and trans till it sells.

wind turbine eh? this could be interesting. you'll have to fill me in on that.

My buddy wanted the car out of his garage, understandably, and had it removed this morning.
Eric, I got your fuel sender, let me know when you want to come get it.
Donovan, have fun in New York, I got those hood struts for you

Just so you guys know, the disc and drum knuckles are different. I already went though this. Take a pic of what you have before you head to the yard.
