Well I have a 740il and a Cherokee, and most likely Id drive the 7. But Ill be more interested in reminicing in the old days. And I sold my SHO back in 2004, so yeah its been a good 5 years. I actually had an opportunity to buy it back about a year ago but regretfully, declined. Im obviously out of the loop, who exactly has taken reigns as TSHOC's prez? And yes I have 6 TSHOC vinyl stickers left.

Chris, you ever talk to Daniel anymore? Last I chatted with him he had just bought a red '06 Mustang GT. Heard he tied the knot also. And I remember you having the Cherokee last time I stopped by. You should ditch those two vehicles and roll up in a new SHO then!

Hey man, It would be nice to see you out there!

-Sam

I'm gonna try buddy. Actually Andi and I both may be able to attend. We haven't seen you since our little 2010 outing huh? Looks like the weather isn't improving where Doug is at though. And that's where my car is. Damn weather, and plus the newly found issues with my car. :fit: Murphy's Law, I swear....

I hope to have my 2010 SHO by the meet, but I may have to take a poll on which of my cars to bring. Plus it depends on the condition of the '97 SHO when it returns home. I can only imagine its state of condition, not including its operating condition. I picked up a lot of parts from Daniel a while back. But its been a good while since him and I chatted. And be sure to save me a sticker for the 2010 SHO there partner. :naughty: My '97 SHO already sports them! :thankyou:

****, thanks to you and Andi for bringing over the 92 SHO parts yesterday on the way to Atlanta. Boy do I need that replacement seat for the 95 ATX.

Talked to Chris M. (near charlotte) recently hope he can come also (orange 94 MTX w/18" wheels!).

I had an idea and wanted to see what everyone thought about it. As some of you know, I worked for quite a while at University Ford(the local Ford dealer). I might be able to arrange some time to visit the dealership(even though they are closed on Sunday) to inspect the new Taurus(and any SHO models they may have) and have photo opps with various Ford models. It would be at their main location in Durham, right near the new American Tobacco complex and Durham Bulls Ballpark(also good photo opps). It was just a thought, so let me know if you think I should

that doesnt sound like a bad idea to me.. i would love to craw all over the 2010 taurus sho again, cuz i went to my local ford dealer and they had one in red with performance pack but it was on the show room floor didnt even bother to ask to test drive it. but yea that doesnt sound like a bad idea at all...

honestly i dont think anyone would have a problem with it thats just me.. not trying to speak for everyone. i just know most would probably agree that as long as they are with their sho and others its all good.

No sweat John. It was our pleasure. And I see why you didn't answer my phone call earlier that afternoon...I had the wrong area code programmed in my cell. Funny thing was the guy I called said his name was John O'Connor on his voice mail. And he said it so fast it sounded like "Dallara." How crazy is that?!? I left a message, but never heard from him.

So if I have my 2010 SHO by the meet does that mean I'll have "crawl" marks all over it???:laugh_ti:

As far as the Dealer thing, Ehh... I'm not trying to be a downer, It's just not something me personally am interested in doing. Especially if **** ends up bringing his 2010.

I'd probably be up for "test riding", but don't know about the "test driving" thing. Still no date yet but I see folks getting theirs now about the same time mine was built. Got my fingers crossed.

Funny thing is Sam, would I have ordered one if we hadn't had drove them months ago????....Yeah, probably.
You mean you guys wouldn't care to see the supercharged Gen 3?!? If things go right, I'll be bringing them both, I'll have my friend Andi drive the s/c one. I hope I get it all done by the meet though. I've got to do some touch up things to it before it's "SHO Meet" ready. Doug did a great job on the car nonetheless, I'm just a picky SOB when it comes to aesthetics. He sure got the sound down to a perfect lullabye I must say though.:naughty:
