I fixed my throttle position sensor code, and my ACT sensor code. And now my check engine light comes on. I get home, I checked it, and no codes came up. I noticed my does a weird slipping/bucking thing now. On a constant throttle hold, the engine feels like the clutch is pushed in and then released really quick. Which gives me a quick hesitation. It only does it some times. And I thought it sounded like an ignition problem. So I checked my wires and plugs. All connections were tight, but I had oil in plug wells #2 and #5. Could this be causing the bucking? This is sad, I sell car parts for a living. Thanx guys.

Hmm...sounds odd that the CE light comes on but throws no codes.

On the issue of the bucking and hesitation, I have had that twice.
The first time, it was very noticable and I described it the same as you have. It feels like the clutch slipping, especially at anything over 1/2 throttle. Really felt like clutch or tranny problems.
I had oil in the #2 plug well. Replaced the wires and plugs (as well as plug well seals), and it was as good as new.

Recently, I had what felt like a more minor hesitation at around 3000 rpms only at WOT. On a suggestion from someone else, I replaced my fuel filter and the hesitation is gone.

Looks like you gotta open it up and replace the seals along with plugs and wires. Should smooth everything out.

I have a list of parts for next weekend that I might install- considering my current legal sitch. How do these sound- shims and shim tool, valve cover gasket w/plug well seals, intake gasket set, Motorcraft plugs, IPT wires, 12 cans of carb cleaner, 2 cans of black, primer, and clear coat engine enamel for the manifold, Motorcraft FG800A fuel filter, Holley 155 lph fuel pump, Ford Motorsport 24lb per hour injectors, modified fuel rails, 6 qts of Mobil 1 synthetic and one Motorcraft FL400S oil filter. I have all these parts brand new in my garage, I think this will cover everything for a nice "little" tune up. Car should run good after that, if I decide to do it. I figure this will be an all Friday night through Sunday night job. I will be doing this by myself.

My mind has been going in a million directions lately. First I tell myself to do it just get it over with, then I'll say that f**k it, I won't do it. I will most likely do the gaskets and the shims, seeing that those are just maintenance items. The upgraded fuel system parts will most likely be sold to you guys.

Just a thought-I just fixed my car and it had the same problem yours sounds to have. It was the computer. I switched it out with the one in my Plus and it runs like a champ now. I couldn't even scan my codes because it wouldn't flash anything. Turns out the computer I pulled out was a reman. so someone had problems before. Just my 2 cents.
