Everything I'd want. But the damn thing is 950 miles away from me. Far too far for me to even think about it.
Does seem the PP is a rare option in any color.

Anyone happen to know how I can search for cars with that option?
I've just been looking at every listing and that's a bit daunting.

Does this look correct?

The little deformity of the inner fender liner, remaining evidence of an accident?

You can specify PP at Cargurus or Carmax, some of the others have a search box that you can type it in.

I wish I could find one within 10 miles of Livernois, I'd do two trips at once

Just my two cents worth-but in reviewing the autotrader.com link-given the miles and year model-and price, you just about have to assume there is some kind of issue. The seller did not set up a free Auto Check so if you are really serious, spending that money for it would be step #1. OR perhaps emailing the seller and asking him to provide you a free A-C report, using the distance between you and the car as a valid reason to do so. These cars are too rare and of course a fair share have been run hard, so a history on the car should help to boost your confidence in pursuit of just the right SHO. Peace of mind is everything, in most all cases.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Not only written-off, but branded to prevent resale, unless a structural inspection is performed.

Tom the OP is just showing us the car ad not selling it, that car we can not even pull up a window sticker for it really sketchy car,

above post is why the window sticker is not coming up, the vin is scrubbed form fords listing due to the damage

I would call the dealer and ask if it was in a accident ???? and ask title status. just to bust balls

Several of the vin numbers I have put in come back "not in the system yet" or whatever..
Should I be scared of all those?
What if they have a clean carfax?

carfax does take some time to catch up, guy at work bought a mustang looked clean when he bought it went to sell it and it had a major accident report

would have a dealer run a Oasis report to see what that turns up, also ask if it has any esp or factory Warranty a little leg work saves you in the long run

some time if you search the vin you can pull up the pictures from the auction sites

My thoughts on carmax is every single car I've ever looked at from them was ridiculously over priced. When I was looking for my SHO, the cheapest I saw at carmax was 24K, I ended up getting mine for under 16K from a dealer down the street. Just make sure you know your used car values (KBB or NADA), if you do your homework I doubt you could ever buy a car from carmax unless you like giving huge chunks of your money away for no reason.
