Yep, it's only about an hour south of me. The owner messaged me asking what I thought before he posted it online.
were the seat recovered or are those the originals?

They'd be original seats. You can see that the two lines of pleat thread that cross the back of the center of the seating area are worn to nothing on the driver seat and are just holes. Guessing the driver seat was refinished; there is no contrast between leather seating surface and the side vinyl, nor in the upholstery french seam thread, and removing remaining decoration stitch thread is what you'd do before exterior refinishing but not a complete re-do (like I'm prepping to do).
