Wow! I sure lucked out. While turining down the 12 bolts on the manifold (I was using a torque wrench at 7ft/lbs) 1 bolt twisted in half, another almost did. I got the manifold off again OK and could easily rotate out the 1 part that broke off. Strange, guess too many times in and out.
Question for you helpful people:
Where can I get new bolts quickly?

Call Performance Plus. They have some used bolts and helped me out in the past. I had done business with them before so that may have been part of the helpfulness. There are also a few sets of these bolts floating around in the garages of Forum members.

You can also try Josh at shonut, or Torrie at FPN. If in a rush, you can try the local Ford dealer, but you'll probably pay a premium.

My brother Sho-ripper (Chris) should have quite a few manifold bolts laying around. Talk to him, he'll probably let em go real cheap. thumb
