Left rear caliper on the SHO siezed up and I had to replace it so my mom could get around this weekend. Then I had work at 5pm. Wish I couldve gone.

Awesome turnout. I showed up at around 4:30ish and there was probably about 20-25 cars running down Tony's block. I met a few people I haven't met (but not everyone), but other then that it was awesome to be surrounded by SHOs for an afternoon. :D

Take note: 80/94 traffic during the day on Saturday is HORRIBLE!

Trent

edit: I didn't see Xavier . . did he sleep until 5:00 again and then become too lazy to drive out? =P

I saw your car at one point when I told Ryan Pasch that there was a lot of gen 3's there, and right as I said it, I saw your car, realized it wasn't a SHO, and knew whos car it was. But, I dont think I met you.

I had a blast and did not leave until 12:30 AM. I had a great time. Thanks again Tony.

only thing that sucked is it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to drive a 30 minute drive. I 55 north down to one lane and was periodically stop enough that I could get out of the car and walk around. and then the ******* infront of me that cut me off fell asleep during one of the stops.

At least the whole mess on I-80m wasn't bad at midnight on a Saturday night. I just stayed on 80, and it only took about 10 minutes to get through the toll booth. Nice easy 5.5 hour drive home.

It was a great time, with a great turnoout and excellent weather!! Thanks to Sandy & Tony for pulling this together!

I just have the wheels, my SLO was free as my first car, so I make with what I have. :p

There's always next time. I didn't meet alot of people anyway, considering I was probably one of the youngest people there besides the kids, and I don't even have an SHO and I can be shy at times.

Xavier . . good going! haha . . What do I win for guessing right?

Alan . . left lane ftw.

Thanks to Tony and his family for letting all of us come as well (forgot to mention that last post)!

It's straight. I didn't really introduce myself to anyone. It's funny how you guys all drove many many miles to meet up then you all cliqued up into little groups by the end of the night.

I didn't really get to meet U.L. either as he was tinkering with his car most of the day. Did I count 10 lights on the front of his sled?

It was definitely a lot of fun. I can see why so many people ended up coming too. It was also nice to meet those that didn't make it to Memphis from the "local" area.

We're planning on having a BBQ at our place, probably going to be in the spring. But I hope we can have the same turnout.

I had a great time. Thanks again Tony.

Had a blast! Thanks again Tony!

The drive home sucked though, as soon as I got on 55 traffic stopped moving completely for about 20 minutes... at 1:30am! :nut:

Ambulance or something was on the side of the road, no idea why we weren't moving at ALL though.

Great time as usual. Tony, your shelf is in the finishing dept. Please give Ryan $20 of the $30 you owe me, I forgot to give him the rest of the $ for the slicers. I'm glad you're moving cuz your neighbors are morons for letting the kids all over the street. Enjoy the cheese and ******, next year I bring a tent!

I was there too ... caravaned up there with steve (SinisterSHO), Mikey(former midwestsho.com) and steve's roommate mike even though they were on motorcycles.

Lotta people finally got to see the car. I did had to leave early because i had a basketball playoff game which we won and moved to the finals which in turn won also. So say hello to the summer basketball league champion!!! YEAH BABY! (Total of 3 trophies on the wall now.) Then partied afterwards with the team and got a good buzzz! Ill see if i can get a picture of the team and post it later.

So thanks Tony for having us come to your house and eat up all the food! :thumb:

Oh yeah i saw couple of sho's with "big eight ball" hurst shifter knobs ... which one and where can i get one????

My car had one on it. I got it at the Indiana convention but there is a place here in town that has them. I can check out the price for you if you would like.

Damn nice car dear!!:thumb:

Later.....
