Well, I would have to say about 90% of the thumping and clunking has ceased in the front end after Tokicos/SHOshop Linears, Strut Mounts, Strut Bearings, Inner Tie Rods, and Outer Tie Rods. However, we forgot to installed the Strut Rod Bushings. Could this be the problem? I couldn't think of anything else to replace upfront. Thanks.

It's possible.

However, you didn't mention endlinks nor did you mention the circumstances under which you are hearing the noise.

Sorry. New "plastic" endlinks installed as well. I hear it when slowly turning (backing out of a spot and pulling forward while sharply turning) and sometimes when I **** the wheel from left to right I'll hear the noises. Thanks in advance.

Check bearings and rack next. I had a clunking I could nto nail down. The only clue as to waht it was, was the fact it only clunked when one wheel went up or down, like a pothole. When they both went down, or up, like on a speed bump hit at the same time with both tires, no clunk.

Turned out to be the internals of the steerign rack, replaced, clunk gone. Also displayed bout 1/8 of wobbly toe before replacing.

Also check the wear and play in the sway bar frame mount bushings. Have you taken a look at the subframe bushings? The strut rod bushings are poly and have weathered the years and miles better than the rubber bushings. Visually inspect them to make sure they are intact and not cracked or showing any wear.

Front sway bar to body bushings are fine (poly). Subframe bushings are aluminum but the strut rod bushings are severely cracked and brittle. How difficult is it to swap these out? I was told it was a major PITA. Thanks.
