A side update. Got a revision from BCB gonna load it and try it at lunch. Should fix the crazy off idle lag.
I really don't go out of my way to race people due to the fact that state troopers seem to live on every median ever.
In my experience, the only cars that try to race me/be a dick (can't really tell) are either Audi's or BMW's. I had some kid in an Audi (can't recall model) pull up next to me in the fast lane and matched my speed. The entire time he was eye ******* the shit out of me with his girlfriend in the passenger seat. I just looked at with the "yikes bro" and he sped off.
I also get the occasional Chevy Malibu/Impala with tinted windows (+10 HP) and painted calipers (+20-50 hp depending on color) trying to race me and I oblige 90% of the time.
I still have a lot of work to do on my SHO, mainly getting a new cat converter, pads, and rotors, and a tune. Not sure if I want to paint my calipers yet (don't want to blow my turbos!).

I will say this, the shifting is definitely better than what I tried to do. I like the higher shift points which I could not figure out. I'm loading rev2 now.
I'm noticing in my area (rural Indiana) the same shit I noticed when I had a Jeep. Anyone in a vehicle that interests me is a middle-aged woman, 99% of the time. There's not anything wrong with that but they certainly have no interest in roadway-shenanigans. All the 20/30 year old dudes around here are more interested in bro-dozers and luxury trucks. I've had one fun game of chase with a 300S but never lined up.
Mustangs, Camaros, Chargers, Challengers, 300's, even other SHO's around here are all driven by people that look like my parents. No fun.

There's a pretty popping car scene in my town cuz there isn't anything else to do here and everyone has money. I mostly get down with chargers/challengers, camaros, and mustangs when it comes to random action on the road. There is a lot of variety in the group I go to meets with and such, I like picking on German cars the most. No one ever eggs me on to race so I always have the pleasure of starting and finishing the business.

Well the lag is still there but the power definitely increased. Now it's like 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-60-75-95-115-traction-80-95-brakes.

Caddy ATS, aftermarket wheels and loud exhaust pulls over into the right lane that ends soon after the light. He didn’t expect me launch so got out a bit and then held him off my rear quarter. No idea on his drivetrain.

In the 4.5 years of owning my car, I've had 0 luck playing with anyone. Since I drive an MKS, they probably figure it's some old man with a walker in the trunk.
In the very rare off chance that someone does want to play, I have the family with me and that's an easy no.

That happened to me too. A nasty sounding Challenger was inching me at a light and I so badly wanted to give him the business. But I looked over my shoulder at my daughter, in a booster seat, in deep right. Uggg! Stupid being a responsible adult!

My daughter is a terrible influence in comparison, she is always telling me to go faster and the other day she was like " THERE'S COPS BEHIND US, GO DADDY RUN!" I have no idea where that came from or who told her that, but I couldn't stop laughing. She is gonna be a handful when she can drive lol
BTW, she is only 3 1/2

That's hilarious! My oldest is 4.5 and she loves when I do a quick WOT pull and keeps begging for me to do it again. I comply, but my State Farm drive safe and save app doesn't approve... LOL
