sway bar GENI/II matching GENIII???????

i think i read this right but i want to make sure . ok does the later model shos (v6) sway bar bolt right up with the genIII . is the sway bar on the later model bigger then the genIII .is this the front and the back sway bars or just the back .what year genI-genII is the match.If so i will be heading to the junk yard on Monday.thanks guys

what year is that and did it make a difference .did you get yours outa the junk yard ??? if so what did it run you??is that just the back or front to ????

89-90 ran 24/26 for sure. I know the 92 ran 24/23 but the 91 I am not sure I have read (SHOShop) that the 91 ran 24/23 but I have heard of it running the 24/26. For 93+ they ran 19/22 (front or rear) and they were never consistant.

So stick to the Gen1's for sway bars.

If you use a GEN 1-2 front sway bar be sure to add some split collars to it on either the inside or outside of the bushings. Otherwise it will slide back and forth about 2-3 inches.
