i noticed now in the morning going to school my 94 ATX seems to "hop" like if someone is in the back jumpin up and down, it only happens when slower than 30 and faster than 60. Do i need to replace the suspension? Ive been thinking about eibach/tokico setup or just replace with moogs, cuz i scratch in our driveway anyways, how much should this cost me?

Sounds like a tire problem, but you should have someone examine your car that understands vehicle dynamics to a greater degree (an experienced car guy).

There are many versions of Yokohama and BFG T/A tires. You should visit the TireRack.com site to select one of their products that best fits your needs. The original tire size was 215/60VR16. You should only install a VR-rated or higher tire in the original or 225/55-16 size. The tire is the most important aspect of your car's handling and braking performance. Don't go cheap. An ultra high or maximum performance tire (TireRack's classifications) can transform a poor handling car that was limited by hard rubber, high mileage or all season tires.
