I'm in the process of installing the HR lowering springs but I want to replace the front struts and rear shocks. The problem is what's with these suspension codes A B C D and E I'm a bit confused. I have a 2012 Ford Taurus SHO PP.
Everytime I find a set it says excluding SHO

Yes, VIN is the best way to locate the right shocks n struts for your SHO. All of your fellow SHO owners are in the same boat with respect to these parts. I think some of them changed part numbers or codes midcycle even. So the VIN will be king.

I knew Super SHOdded would show up to save the day. You’re seriously the Ford info superhero.

They must be different, or at at least listed different, for 2012. When I ordered mine a few months ago it clearly listed either PP or non PP. When I just looked for 2012 it was the alphabet of options with no mention of PP.

Go to Ford parts, then use that info to do your search. If you come up with nothing post your vin number for more help
Agree. Tasca is a great resource but maybe a Ford only database will give better results. Then comparo shop the price.
