had oil in plug wells for a couple of months ,clogged egr ,and bad o2 sensors .
Did top end 60k work ,replaced plugs,wires,thermostat,o2 sensors, and cleaned manifold.
I'm still getting puff of blue smoke from tailpipes on start up. ( only get it when car hasn't started in 3 or 4 hours ).
Any suggestions ????? THANKS....

More than likely its the valve guides. Pretty common with the higher mileage SHOs. I wouldn't be too worried about it unless your consumption rate gets down to around a quart every 500 miles. Keep driving the crap out of it!

I agree, it sounds like valve guide seals if it smokes only on the first cold start up. I'd just put up with it or maybe try that higher mileage oil. Although it will probably burn more oil until it fills up the gaps in the old dried up seals.
