Should I buy a solid trans mount?

Hey guys just bought these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...m=160035947403&ih=006&sspagename=STRK:MEWN:IT

and I was wondering if I should go with a solid trans mount as well, or is the stock mount fine with the solid motor mounts? Will I gain anything by having the solid trans mount? The person on ebay also makes the solid trans mounts for 75 bucks.

I wouldn't dare. I made mine solid when I was swapping a clutch until I could get a replacement the vibrations were out of control. Plus your bolting something that transmits TQ 2 soft points on an aluminum tranny case.

If that guy makes a true solid trans mount, I can't say anything else except that I agree with the above. I reinforced mine years ago and that thing increased the NVH by 1000% from my Al SFB's and Reinforced MM's.

ok well im getting the alsfb and just got those motor mounts, so ill stay with the rubber trans mount. Do you think the solid mounts andalum. bushigns are to much? Hes said he welded them solid and added some rubber so they arnt solid metel I dont think.

Yeah, but I wouldn't call those Extreme mounts because they're not reinforced the same way Josh does his Extreme mounts.

Aside from that, I think the seller is the same guy people keep complaining about not shipping items once he's been paid.
