guys, sorry i was typing on my little cell phone screen. the arm is backwards. some guy took it apart to apply grease to the ball and put it in backwards. i had to practically lean forward to shift. i thought i was losing my mind. aww so much better. what other parts are there to buy for the shifter besides the two rubber washers from sho source? it seems to be loose where it goes into the black housing. maybe its supposed to be like this..
