i dont know if people will help you knowing your taking SHO body parts for a sable.

i know if your talking door cladding something i just learned is after you remove the inside door panel you can unbolt the bolts at the bottom then push the panel on the outside to remove it. i will warn you tho putting the panels on a door it dont belong to is gonna be a task.

the spoiler is easy, bolts under the trunk lid. as far as it fitting a sable i can tell you right now it will not because they use a different shape.

front bumper has a lot of stuff you need to remove to get it off.. by looking it over you can get it figured out.

rear bumper will also not fit a sable and its gonna be difficult to remove, there are 8 bolts that hold the bumper to the body with the brackets and then theres a bunch of clips then you need to slide the bumper off which is also held on the sides to the body with part the slides into a slot to hold is tight.

please. anybody? i'm trying to take all of the cladding and front bumper cover off as of now. i have the rear bumper cover off already. does anybody know what else i need besides the bumper covers to make the swap work on my sable? they're both 2nd gen cars. i know the spoiler won't work, so that idea's gone. but i still need help with the cladding and front bumper cover. can anybody verify what i need to grab from the sho parts car to make this swap work? thanks guys

The door cladding should be the same as the Gen 1's.
There are a series of acorn nuts along the lower, foremost and rearmost of each door.
Then it's best to use a wide, thin door panel removal tool to pop the upper row of pins.
Go slow and start from one end working towards the opposite end.
Here's a photo of my 1989 with the cladding and skirting removed.

no. first of all, i have a sable that's basically brand new, so i wanna keep it. secondly, the rear ends are different, and i like the sable rear more than tha taurus rear. except for the spoiler, that makes the sho rear look sick haha. but yeah, lemme do what i wanna do man hahaha. anybody have anything to add to any of that though?

anybody have any information like mrecoolgar's, but with a 2nd gen?

thanks a lot guys
