removal of inner door panel

I need to get the inner door panel off my 98 Taurus to change a speaker and replace my power mirror on the drivers side. Is there a trick to getting this panel off without breaking anything? I attempted it once but was afraid of messing things up.
BTW the car has the mach audio system and all power options on the door.

Buy the door clip removal tool from Snap On distributor, also buy a few extra clips from Ford or aftermarket. Otherwise you will likely damage some clips. You can replace clips.
Also, remove screws around door handle area.
Pretty easy job, actually.
