Trying to change the water pump on my 91 today. Went to loosen the tension on the rear tensioner like I did on the front tensioner by turner counter clockwise. The bolt just about came all the way out, with out any real looseness on the belt. Is there a lock washer on there that's supposed to stop it that seized up on the bolt? Should I have to start looking for another?
