Since the sleeved factory replacement bushings are sleeved:

Is there a procedure anywhere for pressing in a new one at home like there is for the moog subframe receiver repair kit?

Knock it out with a hammer, put new bushing in the freezer for a little while, then reverse first line.

yes there is. I used a 2" long section of drain pipe, don't remember the diameter, it has to fit over the flanged end of the bushing. then an assortment of heavy shims/washers and threaded rod to press them out. You will get a resounding POP when they break loose as if they were welded or glued in, the aforementioned hammer may help a bit.
many, many years ago I pressed the toe adjuster bushings into all the ends on all the control arms. that made rear camber adjustment easy. at the time it was cheaper than aftermarket adjustable arms, and performed better than the hard adjustable bushings

where did you get that bushing? do they offer the inner toe adjuster one too?
