Rear Defrost

I am assuming this would go here seeing as it is a question about the resistor wire for the rear defrost. Problem is that only on or two lines actually heat up. Tested the continuity, all lines are good except one, found that somehow, a small section had been scraped away, wich is not allowing circuit completion. My question is where do you get the repair kits for these? I couldn't find one at autozone.

I've seen wal-mart have them.
