Are you handy with sheet metal/ fiberglass? If I were you, I would experiment with fabricating one myself. Remember a few things such as will the plumbing fit under the hood where you cut the hole, where is the best location. I think that close to the front of the hood would be best. Further back on the hood is typically an area of lower air pressure. It may actually work as anti-forced induction (ram-vacuum?).
One more thing. Do not ruin a perfectly good hood doing this. Your results will probably be kinda fugly. Find one that you can get cheap/free. If you are within driving distance of greenbird (Barre, Vt. Not very likely.), he may still have my old one. It is perfectly usable. Just a little bent at the driver's side front edge. It is black.
