Old Sckool rear sway bar end link question

I think it was only the Gen I's that came with these heavy duty greenish-blue rear sway bar end link bushings.

Ford did not use them in all places on the end link, and I'm trying to remember which locations they put them in - was it just above the bar connection and just below the strut connection?

On my 94 it was only the top one that were tpr.
