Just use vicegrips or something on the o2 and they sould come out. Maybe put a breaker over the handle of it once you get it clamped really good.

If it would not come loose with an O-2 socket it will not come loose with a pair of vice grips. CAREFULLY heat the area around the O-2 sensor and then try a pipe wrench with an extension pipe. If you do not have any experience with this you could go to a muffler shop and have them remove the O-2 sensors, or at least loosen them for you. To heat the front sensor will necessitate removing the fan and a few other things that could be burned, so if you try it be CAREFUL. Have a helper stand by with a fire extringuisher or a source of water in case of a fire.

well if you stripped the edges like he said he did, then yes, vicegrips will work; just like they did for mine when the same thing happened! You just have to torque the living sh*t out of them.

PB Blaster + the opposite of heat: run the engine until the pipes are warm, hold dry ice on the sensor to shrink the sensor itself. And beat on it some with a hammer. 22mm open-end wrench instead of a 12-point socket or box-end.
