O2 sensor code

I dont have a check engine light lit up but i checked for codes anyway and got this one, 173 where is this oxygen sensor located? does it mean it need to be replaced?

Since there's no CEL, I'd clear the codes, drive it a while, and run them again. If the same code appears again then you probably need a rear sensor. Do you have an ATX or MTX? Either way, the sensor is on the y-pipe, between the manifold and the catalytic converter on the side of the engine closest to the firewall.

thanks for the info, its a MTX. I was driving today and the cel light came on but when i started the car it wasnt on and I checked the codes. Ill clear it out and see what happens.
