I just recently bought a 1995 SHO ATX from a guy on craigslist. It has kinda high miles on it I guess but runs and is about 85-91.331% fully functional. Mines is red with grey leather interior... fully loaded and has the JBL sound system. I expect to have to fix a few things, repair some things, cuss about some things and go MAN... THAT COST ALOT about a few things as well.

After seeing the ad on CL I decided to go ahead and get this car... $1,000 and it was mine. I figure less than 10,000 made in 1995, even less were auto's and even less were red. Pretty rare car and I like that a lot. So, hello all and I look forward to chatting with you all.

Pre Bath and just an hour after I got it home.

There is TONS of info on here about what to do first as far as maintenance and things like that.

Really thats not a ton, last year my brother and my friend both bought 94's. One has 225k and the other is a young age of 205k. Never had to do anything but a cam seal on one.

Thats not a lot of miles. If you keep up with the maintenence the car will fall a part before the motor will die.

Sounds like a sweet ride, Mike. Welcome to the SHO family. Where in NC are you located? We've got a good SHO owner base in NC, running from the coast to the mountains. The Tidewater SHO Club covers most of NC, along with areas in VA and SC. You check it out on the forum here along with our Facebook site here. Welcome to the family and jump on in, the water's fine! :salute:

Not really true. A 1995 5 speed SHO is the rarest of any 5 speed SHO for any production year. The number of Automatics made in 95 compared to five speed is more then triple. Regardless that is a nice car. I'm in Fayetteville myself, with 3 pretty healthy SHO's.

Technically, he's correct. Out of the total number made for 1995, the amount of ATX SHO's will be less than the total amount.

However, you're correct... There were FAR fewer MTX SHO's produced in 1995.
