New Shift ****

having a weighted **** seems to help with more positive shifts. for me anyway. i have a weighted **** now and i much prefer it over the non weighted one.

thought maybe if these were weighted (+200 grams) id pick one up since its nicer than mine and helps the sho community

Never heard of weighted shift knobs. Anyways I can have Mike/Kurt weight it and see if its enough.

im a little lost on the J gear thing does it say J insted of 3
can i see a pic of one with this
i want one as i have the clutch kit to go with this

There is a picture of one in the ad showing exactly what you will get.

It just says "J" instead of 3 because 3rd gear is the most awesome gear!

Shifting from 5th to 3rd on the highway is such an emotional experience, it's practically like you just saw Jesus

A weighted shift **** actually makes a very positive improvement on the shifts, makes things crisper, smoother, less clunky, etc.

This is one area where more weight is definitely good.

When we get back from the LeMons race, I will weigh one of the knobs. I can tell you that the **** is noticably heavier than stock or any aftermarket I have seen.
