Hey everyone... here to learn the tips and tricks to keep my SHO running young. I have only owned Fords.
Have a passion for Mustang/Shelby vehicles also.

As for tips and tricks, change all fluids and start a regular intensive schedule. Oil, trans 5 out 5 in’s, PTU, RDU, coolant. Keep an eye on the water pump weep hole.

What is 5 outs 5 ins?

There’s a plug in the trans. Pop that out and you will get about 5 quarts out. Then replace with fresh. Do that for the first four or five oil changes and you will basically have all fresh fluid. I do it now about every third oil change. Always fresh and bright red.

Incase you didn’t realize, these cars are awesome but are maintenance
