I need a shifter select cable for a 1990 ford taurus Sho, 5 speed. The dealer wants $200 for a new one. Help!!!

Why don't you just upgrade to a rod shifter? It has a much better feel and you won't break a cable again.

too expensive and i dont want to reroute my exhaust.
