My Sync screen images

So I was looking at the Ecoboost forum and ran across this thread about changing the image on the Radio/ GPS face. I personally have no idea how this is done and revived the thread there to ask. Then I thought I'd ask here too. Lots of things these cars are capable of and I have yet to learn them lol. Input and instructions would be helpful. Because you guys are a wealth on knowledge.

A quick search will bring up all kinds of images, or you can resize your own too.

make sure you resize the image to the correct resolution - the system is much happier with that because there is limited storage for the images.
