Motorcraft part numbers for tie rods?

Anyone have Motorcraft part numbers for Gen 2 driver side inner and outer tie rods. Rock Auto shows 2 inner and outer tie rods for my car but doesn't specify which is the driver or passenger side.:thankyou:

Left and right are the same, don't know why they would show 2 different ones. MES 3181 is the Motorcraft value line outer, MES 3105 is the inner.

Those are the inner and outers I installed on my '94.

Yup, those are the correct numbers for the OEM Ford parts that now have Motorcraft numbers assigned to them.
