I have a beautiful 1994 V6 3.2L 24Valve DOHC. Green in color & as loaded as they come. I managed to bust off the power antenna, bust the power moon switch and I need a new windshield due to an unfortunate collision with a bouncing stone.
These are all minor dilemmas compared to the stereo problem. It comes on but there is no sound and everyone will fix it for me if I want to bend over for them. Any suggestions on a fellow SHO lover who will accept FAIR payment in exchange for good repair.

These problems are easy to fix. Did you push the moonroof button inside? If so you need to take the cover off and glue the button back in place. First you have to pry off the map lights then take out the two screws that are hidden under them then push the cover to teh back of the car. The power antenna can be replaced by taking off the nut at the bottom of the mast (take care in not to scrach the paint) then get someone to power on the radio and you can pull out the old mast then stick the new one in and turn the radio off replace nut then your done. As for the windsheild there not SHO specific and are cheap I hear.

I am a novice at best... but your radio problem sounds like your amp is shot. Same thing happened to me. I went to Circuit City and got an aftermarket head unit (Sony $70) and a special wiring harness to bypass the dead factory amp ($20?). Easy installation (both). Of course, ebay frequently has our jbl amps... you could just replace it... if that is indeed your problem. I think Circuit City checked my system out for free because I was unsure of my problem. You might want to try them out.
Good luck!

I agree it probably is your amp, one sure fire way to tell is pull your radio and hook another speaker on right to the back of your radio. You'll probably have to splice into the wiring harness though.

I am at college now, but am from northwest ohio. I would agree that the radio problem is probably your amp. Easy fix and pretty cheap depending on how you want to fix it.
What part of michigan/northwest ohio are you from?
