Today I sparingly washed the engine. The engine started misfiring so I removed the plug wires and blew out the water. All was fine except now I'm getting a intermittent check engine light while driving. I pulled the codes and all I got was a 632 which after searching the fourm decided it was because I did'nt know to push in the O/D switch.

Why isn't there another code? does the system not have memory?

Also I did the Power Balance test and it came back as 90
It's been along time since I've owned a ford, A 90 is good right?

Thanks in advance for the help.

on the cylinder ballance test a 9 means that all cylinders check out ok. if you are still getting an intermitant check engine light after a few days (give the engine a few heat cycles to dry off completely), then usually if it come on and then goes back out...points to o2 sensors usually. but check codes again in a few days.
