HOLY CPRAP these things are bright as ****! I would say they are like are like 10X brighter than the stock lights and at least twice as bright as older style blazer driving lights. They even have a remote so you dont have to hook up switches in your dash. I would say these things are a steal for what you can get them for off of ebay.

I guess people just don't believe us when we say that paying $150 dollars for PIAA compared to $20 with Blazers. Sorry, but these things kick @ss. Nuff said!

Hey there are a couple different types on eBay. Which ones are the hot setup? And do they fit in the holes or did you do some surgery?

Neither did I. I had Toolboy modify the blazers to work with stock wiring! Forget the big money for PIAA.

I totally agree with you guys the Blazer Techs I got off EBAY for $34 were a steal. Anybody spending $100 on fogs is a idiot. Last night I had 5 people bright me b/c they thought they were brights.

Just a quick story about how bright these lights actually are. I am on I4 in heavy trafic at night and I notice that the big green signs that they use to for exits etc.. were getting shadows on them in the shape of the car in front of me from a long distance away. Keep in mind Im surrounded by other cars. I turn off my fog lights and the sign goes dark and it seems like the whole road got dark. Basically what Im trying to say is that the fog lights are brighter than the lights of any car on the road. These things are so damn bright that you can't even tell if your regular headlights are on or not. I would advise anyone who is going to install them to make sure you angle them slightly to the right side of the road or else you are going to be blinding oncoming traffic. I have mine angled to the right and no one has flashed me yet so I definatly think that is the only way to go.

Yea im game for some as both my lenses are cracked and both lights are out.

Am I understanding all the info:
Light: Blazer 2600's off of ebay.
Price: about 20-40 dollars on ebay
They install to stock set up and are bright as ****. Didnt see if they require much surgery to install. I have a 95. Are they square or round?

Anybody have pictures of them on the SHO?

If you guys are lighting up road signs and getting flashed by oncoming cars due to your fog lights, rather than angle them to the right, you need to angle them DOWN. They are FOG lights and should be aimed lower than your low beams.

I agree with sdpatt, make sure that they are aligned properly. Blazers are good, I had them on my 97 Cavalier and loved em.

When Scott and I installed mine, we made sure the factory housings helped angle the blazers downward, otherwise you WILL be up in other drivers' field of vision. Angling them is very crucial. Haven't had any problems with mine, but they are noticeably angled downward to prevent this. The differences may be the installation angles on the gen 1. Check that out, Eric. You are dealing with safety issue there...
