Glad we could meet some of the group in Tucson and we really enjoyed the entire event. It is the people that make these car clubs what they are and this group is great. The 90 SHO Garage Queen also enjoyed the outing and we must say it was one of the few times that anyone ever noticed the car. We will have to think about getting up to the Phoenix area in the cooler months. If everything goes according to plan, I will be testing a new cooling system in the Pantera and will need to make a trip like that to prove if it works correctly. Something you SHO guys never have to worry about and hope nobody minds not having the Garage Queen around. Anyone is welcome to come down to Willcox and hang out here, although we don't have a lot of entertainment in this little town.

I had a great time Saturday. I got home around 12:45...I made really really good time. I wish I could have ran, but 45 dollars was too much for me.

Tom, with some street tires, that thing should be in the mid 13's. Sweet. Also me and Virg went to the ecology junkyard and saw the 2 gen 1 sho's. We also went next door and found a gen 2 sho atx. There was also an engine on the stands on a crate in front. I called them the next day and I think they wanted 600 for it, it was a 3.2 with 100k on it. Don't have any idea about the condition.

Friday nights Firebird opens its doors for everyone for $17, as many times as you can run. They're pretty lax on the tech inspection from what I hear.

Saturday nights Speedworld is $20 and I hear there is less people and you can get more runs in. This Saturday I'm going with some guys from UTI. We'll try to back up all our talk, haha. :snicker: Would love to have some other SHO's there rippin it up (hopefully not the cars).

That white 90 sho is showroom condition! :hail: Can't believe there are some out there like that.

Does anyone have any photos of the Tucson get togther? I still have all of my photos in the camera. I know I need to get with the times and get a digital camera. I do have it on the list of things to buy but the old 35mm is what I used that day.

The 90 Garage Queen SHO is resting after such a busy day. It might take another year for it to come out of hiding.

I've got a few of the cars, Virgil doesn't SHOw up in pictures :laugh_ti: And his fangs are getting longer too.

Your poor poor 90, I bet she's just aching to get out and associate with us SHO's from the poor side of town. Don't let those secondary actuators get stuck in the closed position.

Oh I think the secondary actuators may have been opened up once or twice on that car. The wife may have done it on the way back from Tucson after the drag races but I can't confirm it.

Tom,

I was getting ready for Halloween, I can sneak up on you and you would not even see me there...till I smiled. I like to be festive for each holiday...lol

Virg

P.S. Vampires don't "SHO" up in mirrors and pictures.
