My speedometer is F#^ked now ever since my mechanic did my heater core. too much work for me. Any comments on what the problem could be. The pin doesn't stay steady until I get up to like 60 mph. It shakes like a bastard??? thanks

Sounds like the upper speedo cable is either damaged or not installed properly. That cable runs between clip at the upper end of the straight section coming out the top of the transaxle to the rear of the speedo head.
