FordBastards gets recognition...

wore my FordBastard shirt to the bar last nite. while shooting pool near the stage, the singer breaks from a song and says, "hey Dale, whats a FordBastard ?" i told him its a statewide car club devoted to all the vehicles Ford made and walked away from...Taurus SHO, Mustang SVO, Bird SC, et al.

i asked if i could make an announcement on stage, he gave me the mic. i stood up there..on Mardi Gras nite....and invited all locals who had an interest in cars past, present, and future to look us up and join if you owned a Ford ******* vehicle.

several inquired, even a couple of bikers. i may not be joined in the Yahoo Group, but i still do my part getting our name known out there.....next to come is a windshield banner....

Got the cargo coils cut at Mr. D's house last night.

Tokicos should be here by Tuesday....hopefully have it all together on Thursday or Friday.

good deal, too bad we cant have the suspension party earlier, im off work until Friday. something about my attendance not being up to par so they gave me 3 days off unpaid.

well, while at the bar, i stumbled into the pool table with my knee. whacked it pretty good. hurts so much i couldnt operate the clutch in my car nor my truck. 4 days later and its still difficult to press the clutch without cringing. besides that, i was so hungover and afraid they were gonna be doing random drug testing...so i called in.

Seriously, though, I'm sorry to hear about the knee, Dale. Those types of injuries can easily be the worst. Hope it gets healed up soon. thumb
