Entirely possible, I once watched a shopping cart in a sloped parking lot with a tailwind (must have been at least 40mph gusts) hit around 20 to 30mph as it SLAMMED into the rear quarter panel of a Saturn. It dented the **** out of the car and busted out one of the rear side windows:eek:

It was quite impressive to watch:thumb:

Well with a good gust you can see some serious damage. Watching carts fly across the parking lot has always been fun.
